I know what you’re thinking, but this is not just another jQuery slideshow plugin. jQuery.overlayGallery is a jQuery plugin that creates a JavaScript image gallery where the thumbnails are toggled directly over the current slide.
This jQuery plugin was conceptualized and prototyped by Andy Matthews, but to respond to some bugs, I ended up rewriting it from scratch. Actually, to be completely honest, I wrote it from scratch twice… (sometimes it takes a little work to get things right.)
